Where should I send it?
Almost everything written about pitching brands was written by somebody who sends the emails. This was written by somebody who opened them, for six years, sitting between creators and the brands paying them.
- The first sixty seconds, laid out second by second
- Where in that minute the decision actually gets made, which is not where most creators think
- What I looked at on a profile, and in what order
- What silence means, and the one thing to do about it
Sent straight away. You’ll also get the weekly rate and pitch breakdowns, and you can unsubscribe from any of them.

Before you put your email in
It’s one side of the story, and it’s the side you can’t see.
You spent an hour on that email. The subject line, the opening paragraph, reading it back, changing “Hi” to “Hello” and then back to “Hi”. This is what was happening at the other end while you waited.
It is not a growth guide and it is not a pitch template. There is no swipe file in it. It is a description of what a person on the receiving end actually does, so that the next email you write is aimed at that person rather than at an idea of them.
If what you need first is a number, the rate bands and the calculator are both on this site, free, and neither asks for your email.
The list
What brands are actually paying.
Rate breakdowns, pitch teardowns, and when a brand comes to me looking for creators, that goes out here first. The free guide arrives the moment you sign up.
One email a week. Unsubscribe from any of them.
