Work out what to quote.
Built from published market bands, the format multipliers brands actually apply, and the category differences I learned negotiating these fees on behalf of creators. Every table it runs on is written out on the rates page.
What to quote
Never go below
Quote the top of the range first. You can come down. You cannot go back up.
Market ranges, not a guarantee. What you can charge depends on your content, your audience and your negotiation.
What it can see, and what it can’t
It gives you a range. Your number is inside it.
Your engagement it takes on trust. It cannot see your last ten Reels, who actually watches them, or what that brand paid the last creator they booked.
If you want a number rather than a range, the Rate & Pitch Audit works from your real figures. If an offer has already landed, use the offer check instead.
The list
What brands are actually paying.
Rate breakdowns, pitch teardowns, and when a brand comes to me looking for creators, that goes out here first. The free guide arrives the moment you sign up.

The Rate & Pitch Audit
You send me:
- Your last three brand deals: the brand, the deliverable, the fee
- Your real insight figures. Reel views, feed engagement, story views and your audience split
- Your media kit, if you have one. If you don’t, say so. That tells me something too
- The last pitch email you sent, exactly as you sent it, and the reply if you got one
You get back:
- Where you actually are. Your real numbers, and the gap between your following and your reach, which is where most underpricing hides
- Your rate card, by deliverable, with a floor and a target for each, plus what usage rights and exclusivity are worth on top
- Why that number, written out, so you can hold it in a negotiation instead of just quoting it
- Your media kit marked up, with the three fixes that matter most, in the order to do them
- Your pitch rewritten, ready to send, plus the follow-up to send seven days later that almost nobody sends
- Three brands I’d approach for you, how each one actually sources creators, the angle for each, and an honest line on which I could introduce you to and which you should approach yourself
- The one thing to fix first, in a single sentence
Rates in the audit are what the market supports, based on published bands and my own campaign records. They are not a guarantee of what any brand will pay you.
