Send one brief. Get the creators.
Sourcing, negotiation, contracts, delivery and reporting. Run by the person who ran a talent agency for six years, not passed down a chain of account executives.
Working days to a shortlist on a standard brief.
Brands I booked creators with over six years. Fashion Nova, SKIMS, ASOS, Revolve, NYX and DJI among them. None of them endorse me, and I would be wary of anyone who implied otherwise.
My commission on the creator fees, agreed in writing before anything is booked. No hidden margin.
01 · How it runs
Three steps, and I carry two of them.
You send the brief
Product, market, deliverables, budget, timing. A paragraph is enough to start.
I come back with a shortlist
Named creators, real reach figures rather than follower counts, quoted rates, confirmed availability. Built from my own network, partner agencies and direct outreach. If nobody suitable exists at your budget I will say so, rather than send you five people who nearly work.
I run it through to delivery
Contracts, usage rights, briefing, scheduling, approvals, chasing, and a report at the end with the figures that actually landed.
02 · What I can help with
Not every brief is a full campaign.
Below roughly $3,000 in creator fees, casting only is the better buy, and I’ll tell you that rather than take the brief.
Full campaign
Multiple creators, briefed, contracted and managed as one campaign.
Talent enquiry
Someone specific in mind. I’ll tell you whether I can reach them and roughly what it would cost.
Casting only
You run the campaign in-house. I find and vet the creators, verify their real reach and negotiate the rates.
UGC & paid content
Content for your own channels and paid social. No posting required from the creator. Priced on production and volume, not audience.
Gifting programme
Ongoing seeding to creators who actually fit, with the follow-up that turns a parcel into a post.
Rate benchmarking
I’ll tell you what I’ve seen that tier and category pay, and where your quote is coming from.
03 · Categories
Any category. These four have receipts.
What changes by category is what the contract has to say.
Fashion
Fast fashion through to premium. Fashion Nova, SKIMS, Revolve, ASOS, Boohoo, True Religion, Naked Wardrobe, AKIRA.
Beauty
NYX, Huda Beauty, Juvia’s Place. Heavy content reuse, so usage terms matter more here than anywhere.
Tech & audio
DJI, RØDE, JOBY. Longer lead times, more technical briefs, and creators who need to genuinely use the product.
Lifestyle & drinks
Kraken and others. Age-gated categories bring compliance requirements that need building into the brief, not bolted on after.
Everything else
A category I have not run before changes the creators, not the job.
Fitness, food, travel, gaming, home, pets, finance, B2B.
04 · Why work this way
Rosters solve the agency’s problem, not yours.
A roster agency has to sell the creators it has signed, and its contract book shapes the shortlist before your brief does.
A roster agency moves faster on day one. I take a little longer at the start, and the shortlist is built for you.
Four things a directory tool cannot sell you
Verified reach
Screenshot-level view and impression figures, from the creator’s own analytics. Not a platform estimate. The gap between the two is frequently large, and always in the same direction.
Negotiated rates
Quoted after a conversation. I know what that tier and that category should pay, because I’m the one paying it on other campaigns this quarter.
Contracts that hold
Deliverables, timings, approval rounds, exclusivity and paid-ads usage, all agreed in writing before a single frame is shot.
Someone chasing
The unglamorous half of every campaign is chasing drafts, approvals and posting windows. That’s the half you’re actually buying.
On usage
Usage negotiated up front costs a fraction of usage bought retrospectively, and retrospective usage is where most creator campaigns quietly overspend. Tell me at brief stage.
05 · Questions
What brands ask me first.
How do you charge?
For managed campaigns, a percentage of the creator fees. For casting only and rate benchmarking, a flat fee based on how many creators you need.
Can you get us a specific creator?
Sometimes. Send me the handle. If the answer is no, I would rather say so on day one than spend two weeks discovering it.
Which markets do you cover?
The United States is where most of the creators I work with are based, and campaigns have run across the US, Europe and the UK.
Do you work with small brands?
Yes. A lot of the most interesting work has been with brands running their first creator campaign, where the sensible move is three or four well-chosen creators rather than twenty.
06 · Send a brief
Tell me what you’re launching.
What to put in it
- Product and market. What you’re launching, and who it’s for.
- Deliverables and timing. Five creators, one Reel and three Stories each, live by mid-October.
- Usage. Say now if any of it runs as paid media.
- Budget, or no budget. Send it without one if you haven’t set it. I’ll price the deliverable set at each tier before you commit to a number.
Direct
I don’t share briefs, budgets or shortlists with anyone outside the campaign.
