Creation Workbook
52 pages. Light, sound, framing and editing, all of it on a phone.
Prices are in US dollars. If you’re in the EU or the UK, VAT is added at checkout at your country’s rate, and it’s collected and paid by the checkout, not by me.
You don’t need a better camera. You need four things going right at the moment you press record, ten times in a row.
Have a look inside
Four pages from the middle of it.
These are the actual pages.

What’s in it
Four parts, and a drill in every one.
The four things
Light, sound, framing and angles. Light beats everything else and it isn’t close. Five angles worth actually knowing.
Gear, honestly
Three things to buy first, in order, and what they cost. Then the things that look necessary and aren’t. And the honest answer to when a phone stops being enough, which is later than you think.
Shooting alone
Three zones set up once at home, the workflow that stops solo shoots dragging, and how to look relaxed on camera when you’re not.
Short-form that holds
The first second. Three-part structure, and where people leave at the seams. Then cutting more than feels comfortable, and stopping.
How you use it
Built to be done, not read.
Four named drills, starting with the window drill: the same fifteen seconds, four different lights.
Exercises with ruled space, across 124 lines.
Tick items across five checkpoints, so you know when a section is done.
Fillable fields if you type into it instead of printing it.
The bit that makes it different
Craft isn’t the point. Getting booked is.
Craft is what decides whether somebody with a budget takes you seriously in the eight seconds they spend on your profile.
For six years I picked creators for brand briefs.
The question I got asked most was “how come she got that collab when she doesn’t even have as many followers as me?” I’d open both pages side by side. Hers was cleaner. Better lit, more organised, easier to look at. That was the whole difference.
So the last two pages of this workbook are about what happens commercially when the craft is right.
One thing from those pages
Brands increasingly repurpose creator content into paid ads.
Leaving twenty to thirty per cent of the frame clear is the difference between content a brand can use and content it can’t.
There are 149 fillable fields on the planning pages, so print it or type straight into it.
Honestly
Who it’s for, and who it isn’t.
Get it if
- Your content is fine and you can’t work out why it doesn’t look professional
- You shoot alone, on a phone, and it takes far longer than it should
- You’re buying gear to fix a problem that’s actually lighting
- People drop off your videos in the first two seconds
Skip it if
- You already have a studio, a videographer and a colourist
- You want to know what to post rather than how to make it. That’s the Starter Kit
- You want a preset pack
- You want video lessons
