What should a 25,000 follower account charge?
$540 to $1,100
for one feed post on Instagram
$675 to $1,350
for one feed post on TikTok
$865 to $1,750
for one feed post on YouTube
The work is worth $540 to $1,100 for a feed post. In practice not much changes between 10k and 25k except the number in your bio.
What you’ll actually be offered
The number above is what the work is worth.
The follower count changes. The offer mostly doesn’t. You’re still being sent gifting, and the brands treating 10k as too small usually treat 25k the same way.
What does start happening is the occasional real budget. One or two smaller brands will agree to something like $300 to $400. It’s still rare, and it’s almost always a small brand rather than a big one.
Why the small ones say yes
A small brand often has nobody telling them what influencer marketing is supposed to cost. So the number they work from is the number you give them. A big brand at this stage has a rate card and a process, and both of them say no.

YouTube carries the most of the three, 60% above an Instagram post.
If it’s gifted
Gifted isn’t automatically a no. It’s a no when they want usage rights with it, or three pieces of content, or exclusivity. One post for a product you’d have bought anyway is a fair trade. Everything past that is unpaid work.
Usage, and why it is separate
Usage is the brand’s right to run your post as an advert. It’s a second thing you’re selling, quoted on top of the fee and never folded into it. It’s also the thing most often handed over for nothing.
Ask what they’re spending to run it as an ad. If a brand is putting budget behind your post, they’ve already decided your content is worth spending more money on. That’s a fact sitting in the open, in the brief, and almost nobody asks about it.
Said plainly
If you’re going to name a price at this size, name it to the brands that have no back office. That’s not a trick, it’s just where the flexibility actually is.
