Idea to launch. The name, the brand, the offer, the pricing and the first customers, built in order rather than all at once. Not open yet.
One email when it opens, and nothing else. No welcome sequence and no weekly note unless you ask for one.
What it will be
The order most people go in is name, logo, website, then panic about customers. The order that works is roughly the reverse: who is it for, what problem is worth paying for, what is the offer, what does it cost, and only then what it is called and what it looks like.
I have started and run one of these, including the unglamorous half. Registering it, pricing it, getting the first customers, and finding out which parts of the plan were fantasy. That is the version of this I can be useful about.
The order it would go in
Honestly
Right for you if
Not right for you if
Why there is no price
Because idea to launch means something different for a service business with one founder than it does for a product with stock and shipping, and a single published number would be wrong for both.
It would be scoped per project after a conversation. The list below is where that starts when it opens.
When it opens
Business Start-Up Support is not open yet. Put your email in and you get one message the day it is, at the opening price rather than the settled one. Nothing else, and no weekly email unless you ask for one.
If you want something sooner, the free call costs nothing and I will tell you honestly whether one of the things that is open would do the job.
Fair questions
No, though creators turning an audience into a business are the most common version of it. The order in the list above is the same whatever you are selling.
No. Fee only, scoped up front. Equity turns an adviser into a shareholder with an interest in telling you what you want to hear.
